This isn't gimmicky enough (IKAG) or catchy enough (Hot N Cold) to be a hit. Not to mention her voice is anything but pleasant here.

^ I agree. There are several other single-worty songs that would do better on radio than this. She/the label probably wanted a slower song though.

I'm excited to confirm that "Thinking of You" will be Katy's third single in America. I am on All Access's radio list, so I get random emails about new songs hitting radio, etc. Normally I disregard it, but this one was addressed from Katy Perry. Here is the image that was enclosed in the email.



This is my favorite song on the album! I think it's perfect and it'll really showcase a different side of her to the casual fans and the rest of the world who just know her for the electropop hits.
