Why Is Britney Such A Trendsetter?
Britney Spears had several haircuts and colors in the early half of the 2000s. Now, pop stars change their hair all the time.
Britney wore a pink wig a few times. Nicki, Katy, Gaga etc... all wig monsters. #BritneyHerImpact
Britney also started doing dance tracks in the early 2000s ("Over To You Now"). This obviously influenced radio trends that took place in the late 2000s, despite the lengthy gap.
Britney stopped putting effort in her choreography, making it acceptable for people like Rihanna and Ke$ha to walk around the stage and do pretty much nothing for minutes at a time.
Britney had a baby twice, obviously influencing Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé and other pop star mothers who mysteriously all had kids after Britney.
Britney dated a black man in the early 2000s, which has obviously influenced Rihanna, Christina Aguilera and others to have sex with black men in the industry.
Britney went to rehab a few times, which has inspired other pop starlets to check themselves into rehab.
