ive been through a sad phase - wouldnt call it depression but it wasnt good/pretty.

i phased it out though (slowly as time went by) - felt extremely slow though, like walking/wondering in the desert just hoping you'll make it okay but all you see is sand and the heat just keeps on unrelentingly burning you.

anyways analogy aside , i do believe time heals all wounds

Yes very.

Not really but most of the time i just sat around and over think to much and make myself depressed..

According to the test on the NHS website it's very likely that I'm suffering from some sort of Depression and I should see a professional about it for a proper test.

Not really clinical depression. But I feel sad, emotionally tired and lonely often. Its really hard to keep on fighting sometimes.
