Umm. I don't drink soda or any of that other sweet stuff, only zero calorie bevs, mostly just water, but I spoil myself with some sparkling water at times. And black coffee duh!
Vegetables, grilled chicken, rice, fruit, water, juice, tea, nuts and pretty much just whatever else I want. Though, I have cut back a lot on the coffee & snack foods. Little Debbie was calling my name earlier today when I was at the store. It hurt so much to have to walk past her.
i'm usually a clean eater but this week i was so horrible i'm still serving bean body since sunday's snack attack...i'm contemplating a 24 hour cleanse tomorrow i haven't decided just yet
