Why is Beyonce such a non-factor outside the Anglosphere?
How come Asia, Latin America, or half of Europe don't use her or her last album?

Her music for the past few years has limited appeal because it's too focused on RnB. Only when she makes accessible pop music (Dangerously in Love era, B'Day when she collaborated with Shakira, I Am era) does she find worldwide success.

How come the WORLD including the US doesn't use Gaga or her Artpop?
