This week, HAIM celebrate seven years of being a band with a new version of their Days Are Gone single “My Song 5″ featuring additional rhymes from ASAP Ferg.
Both parties had teased the collaboration earlier this spring and now the final product’s officially hit the web, courtesy of Zane Lowe.
The new version comes just one week after HAIM covered The Rolling Stones with the recently-reunited Mumford and Sons at Glastonbury. The band’s currently hard at work on their sophomore album, which they’ve revealed is coming very soon.
Awesome. It should've been the first single (followed by "Days Are Gone"). I'm glad it's finally getting a release. I cans see it doing well on Alternative.
This was never one of my favourite from the album but it's a bop.
