Ireland To Hold Referendum On Gay Marriage Next Spring
Ireland's constitution requires a referendum to be held when there's a change. Examples are divorce and an abortion law (in the past they were all illegal, but now a woman can have one if her life's in danger).
Recent polls show support at 76%!
All parties are in favor and will do their best to promote and sway voters.
The exact date to be announced later, but they want to do it before May.
