Chelsea and Raven are good friends. Chelsea said she respects Raven because unlike other starlets these days, she can actually finish and make a complete sentence while sounding intelligent. Love Chelsea

But uh really? she's 22. Had a main part in
Dr. Doolittle (2 HUGE NEVER FORGOTTEN FILMS),
The Cheetah Girls (2 of Disney's top rated films, PLUS starred in both and it is one of the most recognizable things in American pop culture today), and of course, the box office hit College Road Trip which had tickets selling out for multiple showings in different countries, and making so much, that Disney extended it's run for over 4 weeks.
No real success in movies? Doesn't apply here
Music? She had a successful album when she was a toddler, an indie when she was a teenager (which still sold well enough, not to mention she toured with N*Sync), and she released 'This Is My Time' when she was 18, and it still debuted with 19k+ and stayed on the charts enough to break 100k+ and sell 300k+ overall. Her new album was still able to sell 11k+ based on nothing. She had two sold out tours and one that was sold out on every date but 4. She's had success enough with music.
She just seems slightly bitchy to me.
