So before it was announced everyone was wanting it to be a single, then when it was released katy cats were saying it would be a sure hit and had a chance at going number one. It had a big online promo capaign, had a big music video. it was promoted at award show, the song was obviously designed to be a hit. So why did it flop the way it has ?
I've actually heard a lot of people sing and mention how much they like the song.
