Kentucky's Gay Marriage Ban Thrown Out! - Decision Stayed
Earlier this year, a judge ruled that Kentucky must recognize out-of-state marriages, but today a ruling came out saying that the full ban is unconstitutional and couples should be allowed to marry in the future.
The state was bombarded with lawsuits, one judge already briefed everything and other wants a trial tomorrow. A decision from either judge is only a matter of time
Knowing Florida, they will probably rule to keep the ban in place but due to a loophole in the wording, people will be allowed to marry their animals instead and some fat guy will go to Disney World on a honeymoon with his ox bride.
