I love both of their albums. Iggy had "Fancy" which everyone claims to be a "pop" genre
(imo, it's not pop, it sounds like a hip hop DJ Mustard beat) but Kreayshawn had a straight up pop single too with "Go Hard" but it didn't take off like "Fancy". It failed to chart anywhere Kreayshawn did have that Urban smash "Gucci Gucci" but it peaked in it's low 50's on the Hot 100 and it went Gold. Educate me and tell me why she didn't take off like Iggy. They both look sexy too
Because of the situation with V-Nasty. She used the N-word and because she worked with kreyshawn they assumed she was like that too. When they asked Krey should/why V-Nasty uses that word she said well that's her, she's allowed to do what she want,she grew up around people who used it, etc
I still remember when Kreayshawn was the artist of the week or whatever on MTV and they'd play little interview clips of her at the end of TV shows and during the commercials, and one of them was her explaining her name. It was something like
"Cuz, like, creation, and its like, kreayshawn....."
