How can you forget Missy Elliott's "Work It"? That song stalled at #2 for over 2 months. It was robbed of #1. Mariah's "Can't Let Go" was her first single to miss #1 (it peaked at #2) and I sort of think that one should've gone to #1. Oh yeah, and Sheryl Crow's "All I Wanna Do" of course...another #2 peak.
