Minecraft is now second best selling video game ever
Combined sales of Minecraft have reached a staggering 54 million, putting the game only behind Wii Sports in the all-time rankings.
To put the numbers in perspective, 54 million units of Minecraft means that there are more copies of Minecraft existing on peoples' computers and consoles than there are people living in Canada. In fact, there is one copy of Minecraft for every 6 people in the USA, or roughly 10 copies for every citizen of Denmark.
It hasn't even been released on Xbox One or PS4 yet, when will your fave?
It's a fun game if you know what you're doing. Plus considering, it's expanded to many, many people once it got popular with YouTubers picking it up and other ways of promo.
Wii Sports doesn't even count since it was included with every console, and people certainly didn't buy the Wii for that game, so slay GaGa-endorsed and best selling game of all time!
