No, the song was scrapped. It was never released on iTunes officially, except in Japan but that was though her label in Japan. Although, they didn't really do much or anything at all with that song in Japan. No radio adds, no music video, nothing. The only thing they did was get DJ's to do remixes to that song so it can be on the Billboard Dance Charts, it peaked at #2, which is nothing basically.
