you can go to a place called maybe here now, they have a lot of british downloads in .rar format. which means all you have to do is download something known as a "7 zip" thing and then download the album, right click on the icon it makes on your desktop, and then choose where you want to save the music (i choose My Music under Documents). then you can easily import it into your itunes.
*******s are legal - although the stuff you get from *******s are pretty much illegal
and since you won't ever get music for free, *******s are your best friends
