• She is not included in the country artists threads.
  She is not included in the pop artists threads.
  According to people she is only successful album wise because of her contry fan base, yet according to the same people, she is only successful tour wise and single wise because she is pop.
  People who hate her would say she ****-shames yet she is a ****.
  She either can't close her legs or she pushes guys away because she's boring and virginal.
  She is either too mature and acts like a grandma but she's also immature for her age.
  

I could probably go on forever on this subject, but my question stands:
Why can't people make up their minds about Taylor Swift?

Because she says she's a true country artist at heart, then goes and release a track like IKYWTWYWI. She needs to make up ha OWN mind as to which genre she really is. (And what man she really wants)

People are just jealous she slays their faves and doesn't need/want to be controversial.

The fact that you guys don't like her won't erase the fact that she is one of the most successful artist of her generation, country or not, deal with it.

I like some of her songs, but I find her annoying.

She is a singer songwriter that started in the country genre, partly because it is what she liked as a kid and partly because she realized long ago that country is the only genre wherein a young female singer-songwriter could be taken seriously.

I'd say that Michelle Branch is the single biggest exception to that in pop/rock.

Where I'm from she's kind of a non factor.
