I watched their whole adventure. I wish I could experience the amount of fun they're receiving from that foam.

They must have some sort of mental deficiency, this is sad.

None of them do actually! On the Youtube link, there's a google-doc that reveals everything:

1) They have a handicapped parked spot because 1 girl is deaf and has implants so she can hear. Her Mum is worried about not being able to hear on-coming traffic so she has one.

2) They just pretend to be hyper and insane

3) They have foam because they're both costume and mascot designers professionally.

I knew girls just like this in my high school and they're not autistic. It's just a terrible sense of humour and people imitating manners of speech from 4chan memes.

This makes it worse
Now I'm just irritated and annoyed by them.
