This is pure Euro-cheese, so it's sort of catchy, but also sort of annoying and juvenile sounding.
The video is a scattered hot mess though, from the basketball game to the completely inconsequential shots of the rat and her strutting around and trying to be all slinky. This video was designed for the girl on the 6th grade basketball team who has no basketball talent, but the coach still throws her in the game for about 2 minutes to give her ego a boost and give her a moment to "shine like a superstar".
