Gaga has grossed $26 million from North America with 29 dates, and we aren't certain of how many shows will be added to the total of 78 worldwide. She has every chance of grossing a lot of money in other regions, especially in Asia. It'll be close.

I think we have to take into account that Gaga's under strict instructions to not overdo it. If she's healthy, I'm sure she'll add more legs, and perform in cities that she's missing this time around (Spring 2015). She doesn't look in a rush for Album 5.

Katy has a LOT of dates so she could do it. If she doesn't it just proves that her touring power is bellow typical pop star standarts.
Gaga probably won't. She'd need to 100% sell out all of her 78 dates to do so.

Rihanna's grossed a total of 141 million for her Diamons World Tour. Gaga grossed 14 million with only 13 shows for her artRAVE one. And Dubai + Australia and Korea alone are enough for her to surpass the 140 million thing.

We're talking about the ARTPOP tour only. The question is whether it'll outgross Rihanna's Diamonds tour (140M).
