I'm using both Photoshop CS3 and Flash CS3. I use Photoshop to create all the pieces involved, like cutouts, wings clouds etc. Then I import all those images into Flash to animate them, and finally I export the finished frames from flash into Photoshop so I can save it as a .gif

I don't want to say I officially take requests because it depends on when I get free time and sometimes I might disappear for a while. But definitely tell me what you'd like and I'll work on it the next time I'm doing avatars.
