Which musicians, actors e.t.c do you think will join the likes of Grace Kelly, Josephine Baker, The Beatles, Bette davis e.t.c and have their own U.S commemorative postal stamp?

None. The postal service has been bankrupt for years and will eventually become obsolete. It's only a matter of time.
