It depends how you take it. I take it as the truth. Madonna is known to be a very cold person when it comes to her fans, the media, and other stars. I think she has a superiority complex. I can't speak how she acts with her own family though.

Seriously. It's well known she isn't the nicest. She only let's a few people in, and for good reason.

In spite of others have said on this same page , Madonna is not known for being cold towards others. She's indeed a very smart woman and whenever she feels there's something deep being asked , she gives it back . She's been nice to several interviewers but whenever someone asks her the same old boring questions, she doesn't hesitate in showing them her bitchy side .
It doesn't take much time to find hundreds of articles in which people who actually worked or interviewed Madonna, praise her , especially on how sweet and smart she is.

She seems cold, why?, because Madonna's presence is intimidating, she's also too smart to handle, which is a nightmare to any interviewer, they can't manipulate her like they did with Michael Jackson and the likes.

"Dragging" Madonna for being cold? Madge is only "cold" to those who she doesn't find interesting.
