My
personal estimation if everything goes according to plan:
June: IPB4 is released
July: Coding is loaded into the new software/Early beta
August: Early beta continues, pre-beta starts late in the month
September: Beta continues (possible public release)
October: Public release
but you never know, things could move faster or a bunch of bugs (from ATRL or IP) could prolong it.
The admins have already done the coding (for the most part) so they won't need months to prepare that.
