Because of You - Its a great song, but at the same time, its not even half as haunting and outstanding as Sober on My December. Still, this song still rightly deserves to be here. Her voice is undoubtedly one of the best when it comes to pop rock.
Flat on the Floor - Much better than the ridiculous So Small and Ever Ever After, which before today where the only Carrie songs I ever heard. Cool voice. Average song though.
Mushaboom - I've heard a lot about Feist, but I was somehow never really impressed. However, this song is quite good, even though its definitely not my preferred style of music. I must add though that its somewhat surprising to hear no electronic or computerized sounds. Which is quite impressive.
Viva La Vida - Best song of the week? Yes. Best song of the year?

Best song of the decade?....Not quite, but this is definitely one we'll be seeing in the final stages of the game. The strings are chillingly amazing, whereas the lyrics are grand and in a word magnificent. Pure awesomeness.
Doomsday - I like this song. BUT, it does worry me a bit. Whereas rock in the 80's was fuelled by brilliant guitar riffs courtesy of Iron Maiden, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Pink Floyd, U2 and the rest of the legendary rock bands, the 2000s seem to be stuffed with apocalyptic bands going over the top with lots of yelling. A good song, nonetheless.
HIlary Duff - Let's just start by saying that Hilary Duff pretty much owns all other Disney artists, period. This song is obviously nothing too great, but it is unbelievably catchy and fun. What I cannot understand is the "battle of France is over" at the beginning of the song.

Does it even have anything to do with the song? I highly doubt it. And is that Miley making weird noises in the beginning? Still, this will likely comfortably find a place in my Top 6 this week.
Desperation - I don't really like it. But I can't stand country sounds, so I guess she might actually be quite a good county-ish singer.
IZZO - Jay Z is an awesome rapper. And this song is just further proof. I'm not really into Rap but this song is just greatness.
Dancing Shoes -

I honestly need to get hold of more Arctic Monkeys albums. RIGHT NOW.
Smile - Cool song. Lily Allen really surprised everyone with this witty, but still sweet pop song. I like it. A lot.
Love is Dead - Finally for the worst artist of the week. The opening verses were actually surprisingly interesting, and for a minute, I was ready to banish away my prejudices. But the chorus is just RUBBISH. Its a bit Teletubbie-ish if you know what I mean. Nevertheless, she is a bit better than I had anticipated.
