Yes and no? Like sure, anyone can have a kid, but does that mean you should be having a kid?
My aunt has three kids and is on her way to having another one, and she's working jobs as a firefighter and a nurse, and getting master's degree in nursing so she can't have more than one kid and expect to be there for them yet she still keeps wanting more.
Having children is totally your call, but at what point are you going to stop thinking about yourself and think about your children? It is a privilege in the sense that, if you can't commit 100% to your child for the moment or if you just aren't ready for a child, then you don't have a right to justify having one, at least for the moment.
