In 1989, Madonna released stunning and groundbreaking music videos from her album "Like a Prayer". The video for its title track is probably the most famous of them, known for its controversial use of religous imagery and as an anti-racism statement. The video for "Express Yourself" wasn't any less iconic. Directed by David Fincher and inspired by the classic German expressionist film "Metropolis", it was nominated for five moonmen at the VMAs and was the most expensive music video released until then. She later released two beautifully shot black-and-white music videos, "Cherish" and "Oh Father", again directed by David Fincher. Oh, and there's "Dear Jessie" too. What's your favorite?
