Celeb News: August Alsina lashes out on fans; shuts down concert

August Alsina's show in Little Rock, Arkansas last night was cut short by the singer when his hat went missing after he crowd surfed.

Although his music shows little sign of it, R&B crooner August Alsina has quite the temper. We've already seen it flare up in a beef with Trey Songz and a resulting 106 & Park incident, but last night he also let it loose on some fans at his Little Rock concert. Towards the end of his performance of "Kissin' On My Tattoos," Alsina leaned back and crowd surfed for a few seconds, only to return without his hat.

The missing hat, apparently given to him by his late brother, brought on Alsina's wrath. He ordered the music to stop and then confronted the audience:

“Who got the hat?! On some G ****! Don’t play with me like that, my *****,” he said. “I came out here to **** with y’all so if you got it, ain’t NOBODY leaving out this bitch until I get it back, Straight up! Where it’s at? Or we gon' cause a mutha****in' riot in this bitch. Where it’s at?"

So he stops his show that people paid to see over a hat? He shouldn't have dived into the audience with a hat on anyway. Yeah, not even Chris Brown would spaz out over something so materialistic. August won't last long, and thanks goodness he won't. His music is terrible.

EDIT: It was apparently given to him by his brother, but it could have still been handled differently.

I used to mess with him when he dropped his first mixtape but now he just comes off as arrogant and ungrateful. Like at least make some sort of impact on somebody's chart before you start shutting down shows.

Well I guess I can understand his frustration given that the hat was given to him by his late brother. With that said, he really needs to learn better ways to handle situations... Everybody can respect that you're real, but let's not have a "when keeping it real goes wrong" situation, and you no longer have a career to speak of.
