Katy follows first fan
She made the promise two years ago and offered this girl a free M&G during her UK tour.
She also followed the girl on twitter, which is a big deal as Katy doesn't follow fans and is very selective about who she follows.

Katy's been following her for years. I think she won in a contest and the price is to get Katy to follow you for 3 months. Katy didn't unfollow her after that though. Saint.
