Rome was just a song she mentioned once in an interview, there was no indication of it being a single or anything. She just said that it's on the album lol.
New single is coming before hand her summer tour according to her (it starts on June 28th). "Rome" wasn't confirmed as a single, she just cited the song for a magazine interview.
