My sis has the same kind off tattoo and it gets smeared out over the years. So to keep it tight she removes it and redoes it.

It was never gone. And most people who can afford it re do their tattoo every while. Why would the biggest black touring act of our time walk around with a faded tattoo?

Fingers are a high movement area with thin skin, so tattoos fade super quick in these areas.
