from Billboard, there are five acts that have made over a billion dollars off touring since 1990.
Madonna is the #1 Female with a gross of $1,140,230,941 and an attendance of 9,694,079,
only counting her touring from 90-2014
.
It would be much more if you'd consider all of her tours.
