No. BEYONCE is selling 15k and less per week now. The singles are all underperforming so there is nothing left to keep the album selling more than that.

If Bey actually gave a damn and promoted since the beginning of the era, it would either outsell The Truth About Love or come really close to it (aka sell 5.3-6 million copies) with 3-5 big singles. But with no promo, it's gonna stall where it is now: 3.5-4 million copies.
