Yes, the fact that she can sell out arenas and stadiums around the world during an era where she supposedly "flopped" says a lot about her touring power. There are current girls who are struggling with selling out arenas despite being at their peak.

And that doesn't invalidate the fact that Gaga has grossed four times the amount Katy has.
Gaga is the touring force of this generation and that's just a cold hard fact. You can make fun of her sales all you want, but you cannot come for her touring.
