The ban is dead a decade after it was first enacted; the state refused to defend it and encouraged the judge to strike it down. No stay like other states so couples can marry immediately!

It has been nonstop since that stupid ban. I still see people with "One man/one woman/yes on 36" bumper stickers. The dedication is real.

Finally, though.

OMG so any states doing the right thing since they made that iconic decision on my birthday last year! What a great birthday it was, to find out the government would repeal DADT and Proposition 8.

This is the 13th straight victory, some state representatives need to get with it

This mess should be taken to the Supreme Court and they can just do their magic and get it over and done with

lets hope all 50 states strike the bans down by the end of 2014
