Mariah's songs are still Pop. She never really left. Sure there's no more Heros or Dreamlovers, but times have changed.

What is calculated value?

She never wanted to do that kind of music, if you notice it was when she left Tommy that she turned R&B.

People still consider her POP, she went full R&B on "Butterfly" and had some R&B tracks on "Rainbow" but she never fully left pop.

I've only heard one of those albums, but I think they're are better ones to replace some of those.

yeah I'm just saying though...the music before was clearly less R&B-influenced except for a few album tracks here and there, and she never wanted to leave pop music, but she wanted the R&B influences in her music as well, and Mottola wouldn't let her do that.

Mottola is such a control freak.

EW @ the #01 and recently I think that "Breakway" and "Some Hearts" should get some nods along with "The Emancipation Of Mimi." Christina Aguilera's first album should be somewhere on there too. ;p
