No, just because Britney isn't able to do her job right now doesn't mean somebody takes the place.
That's like saying Justin is the "current" King of Pop, just because Michael isn't able to perform. Rihanna fans are the dumbest, it's sad.
Anyways I hope she performs "Disturbia". Maybe she'll actually entertain us and prove she's worth something other than having songs written for her.
