I haven’t heard one drop of this Hilary Duff/ Ed Sheeran collaboration, but I’m obsessed already. Hil’s Instagram on Wednesday morning (May 14) didn’t dampen my obsession either.
Duff posted a pic of her with the “Sing” artist in the studio, all smiles. “Soooo this happened and was pretty cool. W/@edsheeran recording tonight,” she wrote with a NBD attitude.
Ed told us the song will have an acoustic feel, using his signature guitar strums. And though I know the “acoustic” genre belongs to everyone, I bet the track will have a special Sheeran touch.
“The Hilary Duff song, it’s a really good song,” Sheeran told MTV News at Wango Tango. “It’s like my sound, I guess. But that isn’t really my sound. Anyone who uses an acoustic guitar is that. That’s not my sound. It’s everyone’s sound.”
Give yourself some credit, Ed. You do things with the guitar that no one does.
