I haven't actually except for my middle name if that counts. There are instances that you don't want to use your real name for certain backgrounds to sign in. You know when you check into a hotel you come up with a fake name or maybe in high school you used to use your parents signature when signing documents? So have you ever come up with a fake signature in any circumstances?

All those times in high school when they'd make you write your information to college recruiters that came or petitions, I'd make up a fake name, email address, phone number, signature, address, everything

Also, some teachers used to write notes about my behaviors to my parents and I'd often signed at their place...
I used to fake signatures for early release notes in high school. And then when I worked as a receptionist in a medical clinic used to sign my Dr's signature on prescription pads
