The British group's management are suing the contraception brand whose packaging includes a cartoon illustration of Niall, Liam, Zayn, Harry and Louis as condoms.
'Stay "UP ALL NIGHT" with these FDA approved ONE E******* condoms,' the product blurb reads.
Although the Best Song Ever singers have apparently found the product amusing, executives at their label have taken a more litigious approach.
