If there are multiple pages I read the last page. If there's one page I'll read that page.
Sometimes I just read the title answer and leave.

I almost always read the first page, a lot of the times I read the second page too. Sometimes, if it's interesting enough, I'll read a couple more pages. If I'm really invested in the topic/discussion I'll read almost all of them.
