Americans have this reputation for being naive when it comes to international affairs. Obviously this has changed considerably since the internet, but anyway I was wondering which country outside of North America the average American is most aware of/knows most about?

Remember Mexico and Canada are in North America.

(To clarify: I'm asking which countries Americans (US citizens) are aware of outside North America.)
