I've been doing a little everyday to improve so much about me. I want to be faster and stronger than I am now, plus I've recently just been going through this state where I'm just not happy with the way I look and feel.
I'm signing up to my college's gym and am gonna start major working out. for now, though I've been running around my neighborhood for like an hour to two hours and doing push-ups, sit-ups and crunches.
