It actually can, just like how taking your eye off the road for a few seconds to text or read texts can also cost you your life.

I don't think I've ever had a sneeze that contorted my whole damn body to move a steering wheel 90 degrees to almost crash.

I can understand not paying attention to the road and crashing, but have some control over your body.

When I first started driving I remember I had to sneeze and I almost killed myself

But now I'm good

1. A sneeze can cause you to jerk your knee and slam on the gas.
2. Even if it didn't, you can't sneeze with your eyes open and head straight. During that brief second of concentration loss, anything could happen.
