I can't remember the name, but there was this unknown man seen a long time ago in some state in the US. He was dead when they found him, with no identification whatsoever. He looked perfectly normal (other than the fact that he was dead), and nobody knew who he was. Nothing indicated how he died, or even when. However, many people earlier had claimed to have seen him ( I think there's pictures of him too) in the same spot he died (on a beach, I believe), simply sitting there looking into the distance. I was paraphrasing, but it was something a long those lines.
Oh and here's a picture of him. Idk why but it sends me chills down my spine.
