I think the biggest change I would make as her manager is her live show. After the MCSWT, I would have her take a year off touring and just focus on promoting the album on award shows/talk shows/social media.
The single release schedule would look something like this:
1st: Drunk In Love (Performance at the Grammys + BRITS) January-March
2nd: : Blow (Peformance at Billboard Awards, Online Promo Campaign) April-June
3rd: DUAL RELEASE: ***Flawless/Mine (Performance of Both at the BET Awards+ Individual Peformances on Talk Shows) June-August
4th: Haunted (Performance at the VMAS+Jimmy Fallon+AMAS) September-November
5th: XO (Performance at News Years Rockin' Eve+Ellen+Jonathan Ross) December-January
6: Pretty Hurts (Performance at the Grammys+David Letterman+SNL) February-May
The SNL performance will be in April to push the song after it's been out for two months. Along with Pretty Hurts she will perform Partition. The performance of Partition will cause controversy and have everyone talking forcing the label to release Partition as the 7th and final single in May. Partition would be the song of summer 2015.
In the summer of 2015 I would have her make her return to touring. She will do music festivals in the summer. Only 2 or 3 dates. The shows would be completely different from anything she has ever done before and reintroduce Beyoncé "the performer" to the world. Really simple and intimate. There will be no big production and not a lot of dancers. The setlist for the festival shows would be something like this:
1. Pretty Hurts
2. ***Flawless
3. Partition
4. Naughty Girl
5. Me, Myself & I
6. Irreplaceable
7. Crazy In Love
8. Deja Vu
9. Check On It
10. Speechless/Rocket
11. Blow
12. Mine (with Drake as a Guest Performer)
13. I Miss You
14. Dangerously In Love
15. XO/Heaven
Encore: Love On Top
She would announce a world tour after the last festival date and tour from September 2015-May 2016.
After that I would have her take a long break, she could use that time to have another child. Maybe film a movie. her 6th album would be released sometime in 2017.
