I highly doubt she will, she has lipsynced 90% of her performances, she cancelled at the BET Awards and she isn't redoing the vocals for any of her remixes..... clear sign she knows her voice is in bad shape and to chance it on a tour would embarass her especially after the awful reviews she got from Adventures of Mimi from both critics and fans.
Well I dont think Mariah will tour anymore .. though i'm a huge fan. But her appearance and live performance are still very good. Did you watch the I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time live @ MTV Video Awards in Japan ? The Japanese then went crazy for the song.
