Mariah Carey's record label has denied that the star is planning to unveil an album as part of a Beyonce-style surprise release.
Ever since the 'Drunk In Love' hitmaker unexpectedly put out a full LP of new music in December last year, speculation has been rife as to who can follow in her footsteps.
Def Jam's executive Vice President insisted in a statement: "Mariah will announce the date and title in advance of the on-sale date."
