To the hard working girls @ATRL, what are some of the things that you hate the most in your workplace and how do you deal with it?

I personally hate co-workers who always call me to cover their shift. It's ok to cover-up once or twice every season but to ****ing call and text me at least once or twice every week to cover for you, bitch no.

I'm not your personal 911 to cover for you when you decided you need to chill with your buddies. Sure the extra hours is good but you also have a life, and even though you don't have any plans it's not your obligation to work for him. I would understand if this guy is really sick and have some important emergencies but this dude is in his early 20s, a pot head, and I couldn't find any valid reason for him to call me to cover his shift. If he had a very important thing to do he we will tell me what it is and why it's urgent, but It's not that important.

I feel bad for not answering his calls, but I had enough of this ****. Ever since I started working last year he's the only one who keeps on doing that. My toes and fingers is not enough to count how many times he called me to work his shift.

How bad the cheese department smells. I can't stand the smell of stinky cheese.

I work retail.... and the are so condescending to the employees.

I did my student teaching in a high school thing spring, and high school student demand more respect than retail employees.

When someone asks you on THE DAY to cover their shift

Like, maybe a days notice would of been great. Not a few hours.

Oh, and I hate RUDE CUSTOMERS.

Watch your back gurls because if I see you throwing shade again, I won't hesitate in doing something real nasty when your back is turned.

How boring it is.

I work in a coffee shop chain, the expectant customers are the worst. Or the mad 30 minute rush we have after we've closed to clean every single little thing before we have to leave. Or people ordering iced drinks in the winter. Or lazy a** staff who ain't cut out for the job.

co-workers who get drunk instead of making drinks.They become slow and they easily make a mess.

The costumers, the models that can't do s*** (like folding) , the annoying playlist.

Yup I hate this.

Even if I wanted to cover their shift I couldn't, because often it is an evening or morning shift and I either stayed up late the night before, or got up early, because I didn't think I was working.

This fat ass bitch named Joseph. I want him tha **** OWT. Omfg.

This. I make sure the place is spotless for the closers when I work morning shifts, I expect the same in return for when I close.
Annoying, rude, stuck-up customers. Go **** yourselves. & when one out of the 2 people who come after me is late and I have to stay until they show up. Like, I have **** to do bitch hurry up. Their lateness is a constant thing.
