Maybe. It just looks like a light-skinned black baby to me. And it looks newborn, maybe it will get darker in time? Idk, it's just light-skinned. It's still African though whether or not it's skin is black or white...

Well that happens more than you'd think, babies can change a lot in the first year.
A white girl in my class looked like a dark skinned Asian when she was born.

Both my parents are very light-skinned. My mom could pass for White. Yet I am dark.
Skin color is not like mixing paint. There are 64 possible combinations of skin color genes/traits that you can receive from your parents.
