Wow, yes, I would say that's ironic because the rate at which songs stay longer at #1 on the Hot 100 has changed quite a bit since Bey's (2003, 2006, 2008/9) and what else is ironic? The formula for the Hot 100 changed over those years. You were aiming to discredit Rihanna's #1 singles (SOS, OG, WMN, S&M) which spent only about 3 weeks at the top? But look at the total points and also chart run and these weren't hits that just hit number one and fell... these were also omnipresent hits, because like Bey (when airplay accounted for way more), Rihanna dominates radio... Ironic, right?
